You can delete your LOOM account and the data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it — one inside the app, and one that works even if you have already uninstalled it.
How to request deletion
If you still have the app
- Open LOOM - AI Style Studio.
- Go to Account settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when asked.
This removes your photos and your generated looks.
If you have uninstalled the app
You do not need to reinstall anything, and you do not need to sign in.
- Email beamazestudio@gmail.com.
- Send it from the email address you signed in with — that is how we identify your account.
- Ask us to delete your account and data.
Timing: we delete your account and data within 30 days of receiving your request.
If you would rather write the email yourself, send it to beamazestudio@gmail.com with a subject line such as “Delete my LOOM account and data”.
What is deleted
- The photos you added. The photo of you, and any item photos you took.
- The looks LOOM generated for you. Everything in My Looks.
- Your account record. Your email address and your account identifier.
What is kept, and for how long
- Records that a purchase occurred. We keep the fact that a credit pack was bought, and the credits it granted, for as long as our legal, tax and fraud-prevention obligations require. This is the only category that outlives the deletion of your account.
We never store your card details. Payments are processed by Google Play, so those details do not reach us and there is nothing of that kind for us to delete.
Deleting a single look instead
If you only want to remove one image rather than your whole account, you can delete individual looks at any time in My Looks, inside the app. Your account stays as it is.
