This policy explains what LOOM collects, why, and what control you have. LOOM is operated by Beamaze Studio (“we”, “us”).
What we collect
- Photos you provide. The photo you add, and any item photos you take, so we can generate your looks.
- Generated looks. The images LOOM produces for you, so they appear in My Looks.
- Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address and a unique account identifier.
- Purchase records. When you buy a credit pack we record that the purchase happened and the credits it granted. Payments are processed by Google Play — we never see or store your card details.
- Basic technical logs. Diagnostic records used to keep the service running and to investigate errors.
How we use it
- Your photos are used only to generate your own looks. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use them to advertise to you.
- Account information is used to sign you in and to keep your looks and credit balance attached to you.
- Logs are used to operate, secure and debug the service.
Processing on your device
When you tap a single garment or accessory to cut it out of a photo, that cut-out is performed on your phone. That step does not upload the photo.
Who else is involved
To generate a look, your photo is sent to third-party AI image-processing providers that process it on our behalf. We also use service providers for authentication, cloud storage, hosting and purchase validation. These providers act on our instructions for the purposes described above.
Keeping and deleting your data
- Your photos and looks are kept so they remain available in the app.
- You can delete individual looks in the app at any time.
- You can delete your account and your photos at any time from Account settings, or by emailing us at the address below. Deleting your account removes your photos and generated looks.
- Records we must retain for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons — such as the fact that a purchase occurred — may be kept for as long as the law requires.
To delete everything: open the app and go to Account settings, or email beamazestudio@gmail.com from the address you signed up with.
Children
LOOM is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and revise the date above.
