These terms apply when you use LOOM, an AI style studio operated by Beamaze Studio (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use LOOM.
Who can use LOOM
LOOM is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13. You need a Google account to sign in, and you are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Photos you upload
You keep ownership of the photos you add. By using LOOM you give us permission to process those photos for the sole purpose of generating looks for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for what you upload. Please only upload photos you have the right to use — in practice, photos of yourself. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, and do not upload photos of children.
What you may not do
- Upload sexual, hateful, violent or otherwise unlawful content, or use LOOM to produce it.
- Use LOOM to impersonate someone, to create misleading images of a real person, or to harass anyone.
- Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent the app, its credit system or its safeguards.
- Resell or redistribute access to LOOM.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules.
Generated looks
Looks are produced by AI image processing. The result is an interpretation, not a measurement or a photograph of a real garment on your body. Fabric, fit, colour and detail can differ from the physical item, and results vary with the quality of your original photo. Do not rely on a generated look as the sole basis for a purchase, an alteration, or any other decision with a cost attached.
Subject to these terms, you may use the looks you generate for your own personal purposes.
Credits and purchases
Generating a look uses credits. Credit packs are sold inside the app through Google Play, and current prices are shown there before you buy. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are usable only inside LOOM.
Purchases are processed by Google Play. Within 48 hours of buying, you can request a refund yourself through Google Play; after that, refund requests come to us. When we agree a refund, it is issued through Google Play back to your original payment method.
A generation that fails because of a fault on our side should not cost you credits. If it does, tell us and we will put it right.
Our Refunds & Cancellations page sets out in full when we will refund, how to ask, the response times we hold ourselves to, and how long the money takes to reach you.
Availability
LOOM is under active development and is currently in closed testing. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and the service may be unavailable at times. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Our rights
The LOOM name, logo, app, website and their design belong to Beamaze Studio. Nothing here transfers those rights to you.
Liability
LOOM is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a generated look. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
Ending your use
You can stop using LOOM at any time and delete your account, photos and looks from Account settings, or by emailing us. Unused credits are forfeited when an account is deleted.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially we will update this page and revise the date above. Continuing to use LOOM after a change means you accept the updated terms.
